"I actually enjoy Hungry Jacks food but its the service at Glenorchy that is so poor. They are always messing up orders or forgetting items and I never order anything difficult. The wait times are also so long you'd think with that extra time that would actually get the order right but they don't."
"Service is either really good or quite poor. When it's poor they're doing their best but rushing due to being short staffed. A kind girl with a name tag "Mykinlee"(?) helped me with redeeming my voucher and was so kind and patient. She had a smile on her face the whole time"
"Ordered online and paid for delivery, drinks got delivered but no food. Menu log delivery driver said it wasn't his problem, rang store, Manager said it wasn't her problem could not deliver cold food that had been forgotten by delivery driver and told us to cancel order and get refund( easy option for her), told us that we had to come and get it after we had paid for delivery. Said management could not leave store as staff were under age. Absolutely disgusting service. We ended up getting order ourselves after paying for delivery. Food we got was obviously cold as it had been sitting on the counter for an extended period. I'd strongly recommend that you dont not order food from this outlet"
