"Can I do no stars? They do not deserve this one star needed to pist this review. Yes judged upon entry too. Sales person barely spoke to us until my friend tried jackets on,then another much nicer lady spoke to us. Only then. My friend purchased one jacket that showed $740 on the label. She was charged $870. When my friend called the store to enquire she was just told in no uncertain terms that their system was incorrect and the higher price was correct,not the lower price. No sorry for the confusion. No you cannot have the difference back either. She was told we cannot afford to lose that amount of money. But then told that if it was returned they could sell that jacket 10 times over at the higher price. Why not just change the price on the tag to reflect the higher price,so no confusion? No they'd rather be snarky about it and give poor treatment over the phone. They obviously don't care about after sales. Judged and NEVER going back. I always say never judge anybody. Because ladies you have no idea who is walking in your door."

"I feel the same as so many of those who’ve left feedback. Been in a few times but only ONCE have I ever been treated in the way that was “a nice experience”which was the one time I’ve bought a few items. Majority of the time I’ve been looked up and down, obviously not wearing the right clothing or who knows what. Shame for them, if service had not been so horrid and I felt more welcome, I may have purchased a lot more from them. I’ll definitely never return"

"I was dressed in casual jeans & top at the drafting barricaded door. I was given the once over and about to be sent off, but declared I was looking for a mother of the bride dress. They let me in and picked out 3 dresses for me. I could tell that browsing solo, or at all actually, was not an option. They went overboard swooning over me when I tried on a dress. They treated me like “come in sucker”. I bought a beautiful dress because it was just what I wanted, but felt guilty for supporting this type of business who treat women like an ignorant, ornaments."

"The door to this store is constantly barricaded with stools and the women who work here make a judgement (purely based on appearance) of whether you are of a socio-economic status that is worthy of an entrance. Very judgemental, shallow and self-important attitudes. Have never seen a store so difficult to get in, you would think this is some prestigious boutique on the Champs-Élysées not a common brand retail store in Pakington Street, Geelong."

"Stools blocked the entrance. You can’t get in. I’d travelled for 2 hours. I googled Tinky. It says in store shopping. No mention of an appointment. I was not allowed in the store. I was looked up and down and told they had nothing suitable for me! Seen the movie Pretty Woman? That’s how I felt. I explained that I didn’t come from Geelong. Was told to make an appointment cos I didn’t live that far away. Rude."
