"Johnny fixed me and my son real good. Both got crazy fades. Waited a little after our appointment but they were flat out."
"I think I got the guy on work experience. First visit, and I think it'll be the last visit. Booked in for a "gentleman's cut", and asked for a trim because it was my first time there, he went snip-snip, snip-snip and asked how it looked at the back.... without a mirror. Didn't touch the sides or go anywhere near the ears and I had to ask him to do the back. It was like a 1/3rd haircut, for the full price. Edit: No one told me he was the apprentice or gave me the option despite there being another guy sitting at the desk doing nothing, watching TV. I was in the chair all of 10 minutes and they charged for the full 30 min "cut". When I contacted them after (they did not contact me) the vibe was more defensive, and stopped just short of blaming me because I "didn't give the kid enough information of what I wanted". In the end, they left the ball in my court to organise things and I haven't heard from them since. I wont be back."

"I have made several bookings here and each time have had to wait because of a lot of walk ins. I have stopped making bookings because it is a waste of time. Today I wait for 40 minutes and get dropped in on by a booking. When I protested the staff said it secures your spot. Well sorry it has never worked in the past and not sure why it has just started. I have been using this business for over 2 years and total lack of understanding of customer service has lost me."
