"I was the only person in the salon and they still rushed the job. The red towels on the end of the pedicure station look unwashed and if one fell on the floor they would just pick it up and use it again which is so unhygienic. They also didn’t dry my nails long enough under the light so they chipped after a day but it was not worth going back to them and getting it fixed."

"Treated myself to what I thought would be a manicure and SNS nails and before I could think twice the man started dipping my nails without any sort of manicure or attention to my cuticles. For $45 I thought it would be a complete package. So yah I’m a bit disappointed and will have to try and fix up my cuticles myself at home because what looks like nice nails is ruined by the lack of cuticle care"

"Initially the ladies were very attentive , offered the complete service. I was honestly looking forward for the mani and pedi , however everything felt rushed , the cuticles of my pedi weren’t properly trimmed , let me rephrase it , they weren’t trimmed. Another client appeared and all of a sudden the entire service was directed towards them. When it came to painting my nails , she didn’t even properly removed the previously nail polish that I had there .. she just painted over it. For my mani , my cuticles were trimmed alright, but in a manner like I’ve never seen it before. Again I was left to my own care . Overall I’ll say this , congratulations for your shop and everything.. but clearly they seem to have preferences to clientele which they are familiar with."

"ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE I'VE EVER HAD!!! The girl cut not one, not two, but three of my fingers. They were bleeding (see first pic). No apology until she was done. She convinced me to get painted French tips instead of my usual (white fake nails). I could tell straight away she put way too much powder-gel on each nail. Just look at the pics, it was so messy and clumps of uneven hard resign under each nail. Just poor quality. Then she asked if I had cash to pay. I said yes, as the price on the sign said $45 for full French tips. I went to pay and was shocked when she said $60! I said I might not have enough, and I'd just pay card. She then said I could pay cash and the rest on card (was very keen on taking cash). I managed to pay all in cash. My usual Nail salon is perfect! Can't fault them. And they only charge $45!"
