"EDIT REPLY TO OWNERS REPLY: WOW! You want to have an argument YOU GOT IT! I am not "over exaggerating" anything! She had no idea what she was doing! I have spent A LOT of time with hairdressers getting my hair done, I have hairdresser friends and I religiously watch hairdressers online, I know what an experienced hairdresser cuts hair. What I saw was a very incapable, incompetent, unskilled and inexperienced person "trying" to cut hair. It was shocking to watch the poor hair cutting I witnessed, I was shaking I was so angry. So don't come on here and talk garbage and attack me for an HONEST review and experience. I have warned people, it's up to them to decide now. If I could give you zero stars I would! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The ethnic woman with the religious head cover on does not know how to cut hair, she can't hold a pair of scissors or comb a clients hair. My husband dropped my 17 yr old daughter off to get a simple bob cut but the woman kept cutting to the point it was becoming a short pixie cut. I had to stop her and say "stop! Do not touch her hair anymore take the clips out and the wrap off I am not paying for this I don't believe you know how to cut hair" she said "yes I do many clients" I replied "I don't agree, you can't even hold a pair of scissors, stop touching her hair now take the clips out we are going somewhere else" She had only just started the back under part of the hair so we could walk out with the back covered until we went somewhere who actually can cut hair. Omg I was shaking with anger and I was sitting there watching in shock how she was combing her hair, barely wet itto cut it, could even put the hair in clips properly. What an absolute embarrassment. Do yourself a favour and avoid!! We have gone to Just Cuts near Target instead and much happier with the cut and experienced hairstylist."
"Samira did an amazing job on my daughters hair cut. My daughter has very thick hair and we asked for it to be thinned out and for a trim as well. Samira did everything we asked and was very professional and helpful. She made sure we were happy with the job before she finished. I would highly recommend and will be bringing my kids back again"
"Samara was so very attentive and gave me a fantastic colour. I have very dark hair curly hair and it was risky but she did a marvellous job!"
"Probably the worst hair experience I've ever had. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing or have much experience at all. The foils she put in bled and weren't even coloured to the root properly, so there were harsh lines everywhere. And whatever toner she used at the basin burned my scalp and I had to repeatedly ask her to rinse it off. There was another lady there who seemed to be having issues with her hair too? I'm not sure how much experience these new owners have. Avoid."
"New to the area, thought I’d try the salon. Now know why there wasn’t a sole in there. Alarm bells should have rang for me. . Went in for a trim , my hair was to my bra line. When I left it’s up to my shoulders. I said something when I saw/ felt the first cut from in the middle back part of my hair. .Lady who cut my hair didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Didn’t wet my hair to cut it. To start with She’s cut about 10cm off. It’s completely uneven at the back. She kept cutting the same spot at the back I said stop cutting the same spot. Obviously stuffed it & was trying to fix it. . Never showed me the back in the mirror. Now I know why. I couldn’t believe it when I got home & my husband showed me. I will now need at least another 5cm off to fix it."
