"I attended Repco in Mittagong today after I was alerted to the fact my front headlight globe was not working. Adam at the store went above and beyond to help me in rectifying that issue, he was friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. When I went to leave the Repco Carpark my car would not start, In a bit of a panic and having no idea why my car wouldn’t go I went back in to the store, Adam once again came to my assistance, he came out assured me it was no trouble, as he could tell I was a bit stressed about putting him in this position, he had a look and was able to tell me my battery was flat, he then used his own private vehicle to jump start my car and get me back on the road. This was above and beyond what any retail employee would normally do or be expected to do and it was all done with a smile on his face and a reassuring word. You should be very proud to have Adam working for you, I am so grateful for the assistance he gave me today and he has made me a customer for life. Thankyou Adam, you are an absolute legend!"
