"Ordered brake pads on 6th June, told would be sent on 9th June, rang on 10th hadn’t been sent, sitting on bench still. Sent on 11th June. Couldn’t wouldn’t provide Aust Post tracking number. Checked mail daily from 14/6 but they arrived at my living complex on the 16/6 with no name on parcel, parcel was about to be sent back but luckily I rang just as it arrived. Had moved house on the 15th so had to drive 1hr 45min round to collect from old residence. Would have been diverted inline with my mail redirection but no name on package. Staff friendly but “nothing I can do” doesn’t really cut it. Anyhow, whilst I realise nobody does bad things on purpose this was not a good experience."
