"Ordered online at 5:30pm, said it would be 45 min for delivery. Arrived 2.5hrs later. Kids and guests hungry and shop ignored phones calls from the mobile number associated with the order. Called from another number and they answered right away. No apology, they just said it’s busy. Didn’t care. Won’t be going back again."

"I used to regularly enjoy a pizza here whilst visiting Geelong over the 10 years + and it used to be so good… Surprised to experience that once amazing pizzas I much looked forward to are now just plain tasteless. Three out of ten at best. Plus the staff don’t know their pricing. This unfortunately resulted in them not honouring the advertised special price and instead charging the regular price but also slipping in a sneaky extra % charge for paying by a credit card, which they didn’t bother to let us know about. Not cool and needless to say that I won’t be returning. So if you want a good pizza and don’t fancy being ripped off, just go elsewhere, there are way too many good places to eat in Geelong these days."

"Ordered take away pizza, chicken supreme was one of the pizzas but they sent a chicken cream. I let it go, these things happen. 2 weeks later we ordered pizza again and we ordered the chicken supreme… they sent the chicken cream. This time I called them and there was a bit of push back from the man I spoke to. He suggested he give a credit note for next time. When I asked if I could use the credit note for now and get the correct pizza sent he questioned where the mistake was their mistake or mine. We cross checked the email confirmation and he acknowledged it was their fault and sent another chicken supreme… they sent a chicken cream again. I called to give feedback and said not to worry about sending another pizza and he said I’m sorry I’ll get the owner to call you back and “arrange something for you”… never heard from the owner."

"We came here for an early dinner today (Good Friday) as it was the only pizza pasta place we could find open at 4:30pm in all of Geelong. Service was AMAZING, I should have got the young girls name but unfortunately I forgot, but I have to say she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to offer us amazing service. The venue itself was nice and clean and look pretty modern. The food.......I'm sorry but it was pretty average, actually probably below average. I had (as you can see in the picture) gluten free pasta with seafood. The pasta itself was cooked nice, but the seafood was terrible. Seemed like the type you get in a can or in those big frozen bags. It was kind of like what you would throw on a crapy pizza. It certainly wasn't fresh seafood and it definitely wasn't local. I'd rate the dish 4/10. The wife had gnocchi bolognese, I didn't try it, but she said it wasn't very nice and she also rated hers 4/10. The friend I was with had a gluten free pizza. I asked him how it was and again he said his was 4/10. NOTE - I asked each person individually and they did not know what the others had scored there meals, but it is interesting that everyone was about the same. My friends wife also had gnocchi and she said it was nice and rated it 8/10, but I don't know if she has been to many pizza pasta restaurants around Geelong. It's funny that I haven't been here for nearly 20 years, but the last time I did I wasn't that keen on it so have avoided it since then, but we thought we would give it a try again. I did look at the photos on there websites before we walked in the door and looked at the menu online and it all looked good, and as nothing else was open in Geelong tonight we decided to walk in. But I won't go back again. I would have rated it even lower, but the service was so exceptional that I had to give her a few stars. To the young girl that served us tonight, if you do read this, well done you are a star."
