"Millers Corrimal just lost a sale and a customer this afternoon. At approx1226, 5/6/23 I was waiting in line to pay for my purchase. The assistant was scrolling through her phone while chatting about people's grandchildren with the customer before me, who had paid for her purchases and seemed anxious to collect them and move on. However the assistant continued to scroll through her hone commenting about an "unusual name". She knew I was waiting as she briefly glanced at me, but obviously the phone scrolling was way more important than her customers. I put my garments down and left the shop at 1232 approx. BTW, I find the shop floor way too crammed with stock to negotiate safely."
