"We got a few different styles of ties for a wedding. Great selection but poor service. Sales clerk insisted on entering my contact details saying it would assist in doing a refund. On the wedding day, we lost the receipt in all the madness and the exact same sales clerk absolutely refused to give a refund so we got store credit. Next day we found the receipt and the same clerk still wouldn't swap store credit for refund. Lame."
