"We visited in the afternoon Saturday just before dinner time. How we knew was the music started playing just as we almost finished our meal and cocktails. Food was nicely flavoured though small portioned. Purchased enchilada with chips & can drink, southern fried wings, pork ribs with chips and nachos on chips. We greatly appreciate the speedy service with a smile. Also enjoyed the $9 cocktails all day!!! Sorry forgot to take photos of food as hungry. Next time we want to try the spicy wings when we return to the Gong. Thank you for a nice and quick experience."

"I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this was appalling. We reserved a table on a Saturday night for my daughters birthday. It took a while for anyone to greet and seat us, but the problems really began when we went to order (no table service here anymore!). A lady came out from the kitchen with her food prep gloves still on, told us to wait, and then eventually was ready to take our order. She then asked if we wanted drinks (the place is licensed) and said she'd have to get someone else. Eventually, she came back and said someone would be with us in 5 minutes (at the counter!!). 10 minutes later, our order was taken. Over the next hour we constant had our food delivered to the wrong tables, burritos served in foil without a plate, various foods were cold, and it took 1.5 hours total to get our drinks (some were ok, others were so weak I think they literally forgot the alcohol). For the record, the staff were floating in and out because they appear to all be shared with neighbouring restaurants. It was not a busy night despite being a Saturday. The staff from the kitchen serving were friendly enough and the "happy hour" prices on drinks were reasonable, but if this was anything to go by, I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend."

"Just received a delivery order made on Uber eats. The meal we received was delivered quickly and efficiently after pickup, which I tracked on the Uber APP from pick up to delivery. The driver had no extra stops on the way straight from the restaurant to our door. So what I'm about to say I had nothing to do with Uber's delivery of this product. This is the first time we've ordered with you, because we always order from Amigo's. To be honest, I wish we'd never given you a chance. I can only think that the reviews you have that are higher than one star are people that have eaten in your restaurant as some of their photos actually match the pictures that you place on your Uber ad in the menu, and online on Google. We ordered the below at a cost of $80 2 large chips 1 regular size grilled chicken burrito 1 large Philly Cheese steak burrito 1 deluxe nachos 1 nacho fries - Chips are in no way Large! They arrived cold, soggy, completely undercooked and with no seasoning! We had to put them in the oven to resurrect them into some sort of edible product. - Regular Grilled chicken burrito. For a regular size it was well proportioned. However, like the chips, it arrived cold, soggy, with only about five small pieces of chicken and a very strong onion flavour, and you could not taste much else. - Large Philly Cheesesteak burrito. This was exactly the same size as the regular chicken burrito mentioned above, there was nothing large about it for the extra $$$. Very disappointing proportion size. This arrived cold and soggy. The steak inside was actually really nice quality and cooked well. However, the whole thing was completely overpowered by way too much cheese, which was the only flavour you could taste sadly. - Deluxe Nachos, to be honest, there was nothing deluxe about these whatsoever. See the attached photo. I'm not sure how this looks anything like what you advertise or display online. Very small, served soggy corn chips. The roasted tomato salsa was basically just a smooth Mexican tomato sauce, and the beef had a very odd flavour. It was totally inedible our son ended up settling for cheese on toast, much to his extreme disappointment. - The nacho fries had all the same issues as the deluxe nachos. Our daughter felt sorry for me and tried to eat them but gave up and had a tin of baked beans. I personally tried both of the nachos even though they looked awful, and to be honest, they tasted worst than they looked. For $80 I feel like I've been robbed, and to say that we were disappointed is an understatement. I'm not sure what else there is to say. Maybe you should just stick to serving in the restaurant where people can make you accountable to your face or send something back for replacement, rather than offering delivery or take away."

"Came here expecting a good Mexican style food. Was disappointed. The cocktails are good. We ordered 12 hour ribs. The ribs were definitely not juicy or even tasty. The. Chips was good. Ribs were Very bland and semi dry. The wings were also dry. Enchiladas was just okay. Maybe I’ll go back some other time and see if the food is better."
