"I have been trying to book here for three weeks, I have emailed and called, emails go without reply (yes I checked the email twice and no I don’t get bounce backs) and when I call I am told to email my questions. I physically went in today and was told that they hadn’t received any of my emails and instead of offering to make my booking in person while I was standing in front of them the woman repeatedly said they check their emails regularly and told me I must have the wrong email address or must not have sent it because they would have replied. When questioned about telling a customer she was wrong, the attendant said I’m not telling you you’re wrong but if you emailed we would have replied. Needless to say I walked out without booking here. Absolutely appalling customer service."
