"New PB mobile app, for some reason I had great difficulty resetting my password to enable me to set my new pass code. Had to attend the Newcastle Branch on Monday. By Tuesday arvo it was sorted and one lady went above and beyond to get this sorted. Pia Clarke, Member Service Administrator, Thankyou so much. You are honestly worth your weight in gold and having a very stressful time helping everyone with this new PB app. sorted with Tech difficulties. "I had a problem recently with an international money transaction. Policy Bank were terrible to get a hold of - their phone queue was over 3 hours long, and I was hung up on a few times, passed around to different departments, and encountered rude customer service staff. Just when I had lodged a complaint with the banking ombudsman, I rang one more time to try again, and was lucky enough to get Sharon on the phone at the end of the day. She could tell how frustrated I was and picked up the ball and ran with it. She followed up the next day as promised, then called again the following day to let me know it had all been resolved. She is the ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars. I hope you appreciate what an amazing staff member you have in this lady. Your customer service in general is terrible, and your new app is so far behind the excellence of the major banks its not funny. But Sharon - she was just so helpful. Thanks Sharon."
