"This was a lovely stopover for lunch whilst travelling. We didn't get to explore all the Gardens had to offer, but enjoyed what we saw. Plenty of sunny spots for a picnic. Kiosk and gift shop and plant nursery where we purchased a couple of plants. Very enjoyable. $5 entry per person."
"Nice relaxing day. Gardens were pretty good & easy walking. Cafe a little lack lustre in terms of service and micro waved food."
"I was welcomed warmly and guided to the current exhibit. A tranquil and introspective place, lovingly tended. A bit confused by signage in relation to map but navigable all the same. Great place to visit for a wander an appreciation of Australian flora"
"First Botanic Gardens that I have paid to enter. To say it was the most underwhelming gardens I've visited is an understatement. Agreed it's late autumn, but the scenery was repetitive in each section and nowhere near the variety of specimens found elsewhere. The only section I somewhat enjoyed was the succulent and cactus."
"Beautiful and simple botanical gardens with native bush walk, amazing palm and succulent gardens! Make sure to be covered up or use bug spray as the mosquitos live here too. Also make sure to buy a token at the cafe as there is a boom gate for the carpark which require a token when leaving ($5 per adult and $10 a family)."
