"Friendly staff and an excellent veggie stack, with wifi to boot! The batch brew was nothing to write home about and I'm not a big fan of it being served in a glass. It looks great but there's something to the feel that just didn't work for me. The biggest problem was the coffee itself: not sure if the beans weren't great or just stale but it was just ordinary - a shame, because everything else was excellent."

"This is my regular go-to cafe in Newcastle. The coffee is consistently good, and the food is always fresh, tasty, and filling. There are plenty of healthy and vegetarian options. My top picks are the Persian scrambled eggs, One Penny veggie breaky, roast mushroom & asparagus stack, and smashed avo. Coffee wise, try a Lindt Chocolate Mocha. They do milk, dark and white chocolate."
