"Just a heads up for any one going in for a rear canopy glass replacement just had mine done on my 2011 hilux and was not happy. They tried to install new glass on the old existing frame from on my car and it didnt fit due to my old frame being damaged, ok how much for that I ask oh nothing thats included in price ok so why did u not replace frame to start with seeing how this is costing me $500?I've yet to be given a reason but I do know it takes twice as long if not longer so if they can get away with fitting a new glass to your old frame they then on top of that they will not inform u the the replacement comes with a new frame for this very purpose so my advice is to ask for the frame to be installed plus it looks a lot better if your frame is new."
"ARB Newcastle are dragging the brand through the mud. Not in a good way. These guys are excellent if you want to waste your time though. Ordered parts, told they'd be in in a week or so. No worries, im in no rush. Couple of weeks later, a text message, parts ready to collect. Great, I'm away but plan to collect the next week when I'm back in town. Fast forward to next week, missed call 830am. Voicemail claiming parts have been in for a month! (has been a month to the day since ordering) and that they need to be collected, sounds urgent. No storage space for a couple of bits of overpriced plastic it seems. So I detour from a job, drop into the store less than 4 hours later. Guy at the counter can't find any record of the order, but spends 20min going back and forth searching. Eventually comes back with a smile and let's me know that parts are at the DC and he can get them ordered for me, "no worries". Turns out parts were (apparently) used for an urgent repair for someone else, that very morning, would you beleive it. To rectify the situation, they offered to take payment to send them to another store (even though they don't have them in stock?) Customer service protocols need a serious review."
