"Very bad communication, did not inform they don’t finish on time and then states has to ‘wash’ the car although it’s finished, both reception and manager Mark getting defensive when I asked whether the car is in the service location as I didn’t want a wash and just wanted the car back on time Hanging up the phone or talking back to customer when trying to make a complaint, very disappointed"

"I called the manager saying that I start work at 8am so would have to drop my car off before 8am for my 9am booking (leaving me with no car which I was fine to do) The manager then said I could come in at 7.30 before the office even opens & he’ll have a look at it for me & then he was able to wipe off a scratched paint mark in a minute for me as well! this is something that I really appreciated & was very thankful for as he went above & beyond! :)"
