Welcome to Hamilton Community Preschool, located at 108 Lindsay Street in the beautiful city of Hamilton, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest in the community, we are proud to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 3-6 years.

At Hamilton Community Preschool, we believe in creating a caring, safe, and stimulating learning environment for each child. We recognize and acknowledge the Awabakal people as the traditional custodians of this land, and we pay our respects to the elders past, present, and future. We also extend this respect to all Aboriginal individuals present in our community.

As a community-based, non-profit service, any profits made by our preschool are channeled back into the service for the benefit of the children. We are run by the community, ensuring that the needs of the children are always our top priority.

Our preschool is licensed and funded by the NSW Department of Education and Communities, guaranteeing that we meet the highest standards of care and education. With a National Quality Standard overall rating of meeting, you can trust that your child will receive the best care and learning experiences with us.

We have a capacity to care for 26 children per day, with four trained educators on the floor to guide and promote their learning. Each child is viewed as a unique individual and is treated with respect and care. We foster a sense of belonging and unity within our preschool community.

Child safety is of utmost importance to us. We have implemented comprehensive Child Safety procedures to protect the children in our care from the risk of child abuse. All our educators are Mandatory Reporters, ensuring that any child at risk of significant harm will be reported.

In addition to our focus on child safety, we offer specialized educational programs that are integrated into the children's learning day. These programs include a wide range of activities such as cooking, gardening, craft, outdoor play, science experiments, puzzles, music, reading, building blocks, dress-ups, dolls, and writing. Our goal is to keep the children engaged and excited about learning.

We greatly value family involvement in our preschool. Parents are invited to special events and encouraged to contribute their expertise in running activities. We celebrate the cultural diversity of our preschool, creating an inclusive environment where every child feels at home.

Please note that the immunization status of your child is extremely important, and we require certain documents to ensure the health and safety of all children in our care.

Our regular operating hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. Please understand that due to licensing regulations, we are unable to open our doors to parents and children before 8:30 am.
