"Over a twelve month period i volunteered my time one friday per week to do my bit for the community. Much of my experience was pleasant unfortunately a select few individuals made me re-evaluate what a charitable family store was about. 99.9% of customers are pleasant and grateful for the convenience of a store that offers a vast range of goods kindly donated by generous people in the community. The store is run in a friendly and proffessional manner. Unfortunately for some needy customers people have shopped prior to them wanting to take advantage of the services provided by the salvation army which is a shame because there are some genuinly needy people in the toukley and surrounding areas."
