Welcome to Bella's Pole Studio, located at 122 Garden Grove Parade, Adamstown, Australia. We are an establishment that offers a unique and exciting fitness experience through pole dancing and aerial arts.

At Bella's Pole Studio, we are proud to announce our new classes for Term 5 starting on Monday, 28th August 2023, at our Adamstown location. We have a variety of classes available to cater to different skill levels and interests.

For those new to pole dancing, we offer Beginners 1 Pole class on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. This 8-week course is designed to teach you the fundamentals and build a strong foundation in pole dancing.

If you're looking to explore aerial arts, we have Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Level 1 class on Thursdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, and Aerial Silks Level 1 class on Tuesdays from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. These classes will introduce you to the beautiful art of aerial dancing and help you develop strength and flexibility.

For those who want to improve their flexibility, we offer Stretch & Flex class on Mondays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. This class focuses on stretching techniques to improve your range of motion and prevent injuries.

If you're looking for a fun and empowering experience, join our Monday Melt class from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. This class combines pole dancing with heels and is suitable for all levels.

In addition to our Adamstown location, we also have new classes starting on Monday, 28th August 2023, at our Morisset location. Beginners 1 Pole class is available on Mondays from 8pm to 9pm, and Humpday Heels class is available on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm. We also have Throwback Thursday class on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm, where you can dance in heels with all levels of pole. Lastly, we offer Aerial Silks Level 1/2 class on Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm.

At Bella's Pole Studio, you are welcome to join classes at your current skill level and below. We also encourage you to explore our non-apparatus classes to diversify your fitness routine.
