"Kenneth was able to resolve a speeding matter using representations which resulted in the charge being withdrawn and a lower speed being issued, which meant I was able to keep my license. After being charged with a significantly incorrect speed based on an 'estimate', I did some calculations and research which Kenneth was happy to take on face value and include in his representations to police, which was important to me. Certainly I felt that Kenneth believed the information I was giving to him was correct, where a few other lawyers I spoke to seemed to assume that the information I was giving may not be reliable. I felt that he paid attention and quickly came to the correct understanding of what had happened. He recalled information clearly and never got things 'mixed up'. The process (which took about 9 months) was quite stressful and I felt quite anxious at times and was probably a bit 'needy' in terms of asking lots of questions (sometimes repeatedly), double checking things, etc. I never felt "brushed off" and felt that Kenneth was very concise, patient and polite. I also felt that Kenneth's costs were reasonable and think that I certainly could have ended up paying significantly more in legal fees but have the matter go all the way to hearing if I chose another lawyer/firm."
