"Entered branch at 3:40 on Monday 21/8. Aim was to organise an eftpos card and Netbank set up for daughter starting work. She already has Netbank saver. Was told it was not possible to do this today before 4pm. I was next in line. How am I to organise this when working full time. Used my roster day to organise this straight after a school. "If I could not give any stars I would My mother is constantly subjected to embarrassment by staff speaking to her in public area about her questions. Mum stresses everytime has to go to bank as she knows anyone in branch will hear all her private info She has had a TIA & not supposed to be under any undue stress which the bank has been made aware But everytime she comes home after She is pale anxious & takes days to recover This is breach of privacy Any reason why mum is not taken into an office?"
