"My Husband and I personally contacted Meek and applied through paper copy for a rental which our sister was moving from before the rental was even on the market. We were advised by the agent personally managing this rental that we had the rental and just needed to send through an online application instead of paper copy. We did this ASAP and awaited contact. Over 2 weeks we called multiple times and emailed this agent directly. No response. Every time we called, she was not in the office (despite being told previously she would be on that day). We were told that the rental was up for lease and we needed to inspect it. As our sister lived in the rental for over 12months, we have visited the rental more times than the agent themselves. Even asking over the phone for a booking to be made for a formal inspection, we were advised we had to ask her specifically. After calling a final time and being told she was not in the office, I asked to speak with management. After being put on hold, I was hung up on. Management called back and refused to allow me contact with this agent without a booking. Safe to say we will never be buying or renting with Meek. This customer handling is disgraceful and downright rude. We have a current rental which requires notice to be given before leaving the property. Our sister has already moved and we have not even been given notice. Not so much as an email to say we will be contacted shortly. Appalling."
