"Lions Park is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city. It is an exquisite urban oasis that offers a wide array of recreational activities and natural beauty. From the moment you step foot into the park, you are greeted by lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and the calming sound of flowing water. One of the standout features of Lions Park is its well-maintained trails. Whether you're an avid hiker or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, the park offers trails of varying lengths and difficulties, catering to all fitness levels. The trails wind through picturesque landscapes, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the serene river that runs alongside the park."
"Beautiful little park with some nice amenities and a great section of the shared path that leads onto a foot bridge that goes over the water for a few hundred metres. The carpark and boat ramp area are rather large but its a pity the seating and bbq areas aren't. The toilet block could do with an upgrade. It gets very busy on holidays as its a very nice spot for boating and jet skiing."
"This is a beautiful little spot to park your cars and enjoy a brilliant walk around the lake with lots of shady trees and a great walk over the bridge that curves around the foreshore. Walk to Warners Bay grab a coffee or lunch and stroll back to the car . Great boatramp here as well."
"This is a great little park right on the lake. There is plenty of parking here but I am guessing that it would be very busy on summer. There is a launching ramp, fish cleaning table and public toilets. The toilets needed a little bit of a clean when I was they were generally OK."
