"It pains me to have to do it but I'm disappointed. We were served burgers with real beef when we ordered impossible patties. A staff member assured us that they weren't, asserting that the Impossible patties can be easily mistaken due to their highly realistic flavour and texture. Yes, they're quite good I agree; but they don't taste like beef. We eat Impossible literally all the time, including many, many times from Grilld's plant based burger range. It has distinct flavour and texture properties that make it easy to differentiate from real meat. It's black and white. We asked to have them re-made which seemed to be going ahead until a man from the kitchen flat out told me I was wrong and said there was nothing he could do for us. Just had to walk out of there with no burger and no resolution. $45 dollars down the drain and feeling pretty disrespected."
"What a fantastic spot to eat your lunch especially when the sun is out and music is being played in the courtyard. I ordered burgers and chips and it was a great meal. Just perfect. However the star dish for me was the Chips Shared Plate which has the Zucchini chips, sweet potato chips, potato chips served with 3 dips of your choice. They were just perfect accompanying items for the burgers. Perfect ambience."
"I love a trip to grilld. Almost always guaranteed an amazing meal. However my trip to tuggerah grilld was pretty disappointing. Food was sloppy, burger bun itself looked greasy for some reason.... It was all just a sloppy mess and I didn't enjoy it at all.... Waiters were very friendly which is always nice tho."
"Very sloppy service during eat in on 21/7 at 830pm. Too many faults to list in a brief review. Previous experiences had been good so maybe they were just having a bad night...but it wasn't good enough sorry."
