"Very perplexed about this stores refund policy. Had a faulty carpet cleaner that we purchased for $229, took it back and purchased a much better rated one and was then told by the sales guy that he would only refund the other machine for $199 because that is the price that model is now... Am I missing something here? I’ve never encountered this, refunding an item and only getting back what the current lesser sales price for the item is... That would be like returning an item to Coles or Woolies only to get the current lesser sales price of that item back because it’s on special. So utterly confused!"
"We had endless problems with our vacuum cleaner which the manufacturer refused to rectify properly, however the staff at Godfrey's Lake Haven worked with us tirelessly to get this resolved. The effort that Jono and Narel put in to help us was brilliant, it has been 2 months since the issues and all is well. I'll never buy a vacuum cleaner from anyone else."
