"Horrendous Experience at Skin Candy - Avoid at All Costs! I recently visited Skin Candy, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at this piercing place. Firstly, the staff at Skin Candy were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They had no regard for customer service, as they neglected to greet me or even acknowledge my presence for a significant amount of time. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. The cleanliness of the establishment was appalling. The piercing studio itself was filthy, with visible dirt and grime on the surfaces. The lack of hygiene standards made me question the safety of the procedures performed there. It was a breeding ground for infections, and I couldn't help but feel uneasy throughout the entire process. The piercer at Skin Candy seemed inexperienced and lacked any sort of skill or precision. The piercing itself was excruciatingly painful, and I could tell that the piercer had no idea what they were doing. They fumbled with the equipment, causing unnecessary discomfort. The lack of expertise was evident, and I regretted entrusting them with my body. To top it all off, the jewelry selection at Skin Candy was incredibly limited and unimpressive. They had a poor variety of options, and the quality of the jewelry was subpar. It was clear that they didn't prioritize offering high-quality, safe options for their customers. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Skin Candy. Their unprofessionalism, lack of cleanliness, and incompetence make it an absolute nightmare of a piercing place. Don't make the same mistake I did by stepping foot in this establishment. Save yourself the pain, frustration, and potential health risks, and find a reputable piercing studio elsewhere."

"I got both nostrils done by Gigi on Thursday, she was lovely the entire time. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the placement, she explained everything that she was going to do before she did it and also comforted me when I told her I was nervous. She was absolutely amazing, if I get any more piercings I'll be asking to have her. Thank you so so much Gigi, you were awesome!"

"My daughter (6 years) got her ears pierced for the first time today. We had Taijah pierce and she was amazing, very friendly, making jokes to ease the nerves, and helpful. The extra effort in decorating the ‘bravery award’ with love hearts around it made it extra special too. Would definitely recommend for young kids and also the adults too!"
