"I did a whole trolley of shopping and no checkouts open except for the self service. On asking for a checkout to be opened I was told that there were no spare staff to man it. Eventually a staff member put my shopping through the self service for me instructing me on how to do it. I nicely informed her I had no interest in using the self service now or in the future. Very disappointed customers are being pressured into using the self service. What about the disabled and the elderly ?"
"Not as new as some stores but still up there as one of the better ones for layout and size. Parking is easy as its only a short walk inside before the store. Staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Its quite a busy store so there can be a bit of a wait for the self serve checkouts and unfortunately like most stores its a small area when there's trolleys and full of people which can be a bit frustrating. Stock is usually really good with shelves full and regular size isles that aren't cluttered. They've added additional self serve registers that are like regular registers now for when you have larger quantities so it has the belt to put your items on which I definitely like to utilise."
