"Nestled in a shopping centre back corner, similar to a prison is the star of the arena Pizza Hut. Beside a takeaway cafe specialised in serving unsavoury youth I personally found that the service & professionalism was perfect an absolute credit to the business for my experience with the gentleman serving myself. The food was hot & fresh as I expected & was certainly not a disappointing meal. The pizzas were perfectly decorated with the wholesome toppings & not no mention the convenience of a BWS across the shopping village Great food and awesome service I will return."

"Very good customer service,they ran out of dough today and couldn’t make my order but offered me a refund straight away with extra drink or garlic bread and sincere apologies. As a business owner it was understandable that this could have happened to anyone in holidays period dye to unexpected customers influx from everywhere."

"I arrived at the store to find they had given my pizza to someone else and asked for a replacement,the store told me they had ran out of dough so I asked for a refund and they refused. Do yourself a favour and go to Domino's,the staff at this store can barely communicate."

"I think it was Plato or maybe Picasso who said "never judge a DVD based on its Rotten Tomatoes score" and those wise words ring true for Pizza Hut Bateau Bay. A 2.8 rating was concerning as were some of the reviews, but I wasn't deterred and really hungry for some pie so I soldiered on in. What I found was a helpful team wearing wide smiles. I ordered a medium deep pan Hawaiian. While I waited there was a bit of fun when a customer asked for a pick-up for 'Kerry'. The staff member got the order for 'Garry'. We all laughed and once the confusion subsided Kezza was on his way with what looked like a large Supreme and a few cheaky sides he was planning to demolish in the car on the way home. My pizza arrived in 10 minutes and was hard to fault. I'm a sauce lover - I'll admit it - so my pie could've had some more of that delicious marinara on it but overall it was well topped and I was satisfied during the eating session. Most of the negative comments have been around delivery - something I can't comment on - but I will return one day. When exactly? That's a tough question to answer. Maybe Friday. Or October. "My pasta was dry as bone. The sauce was all over the box and box lid. The Audacity of the managers response was disgusting. I rang to tell them about my pasta being dry an sauce all over the box, there response was "it comes that way from head office so we dont make it, we can make you a new one an you can bring it back or we get someone to pick it up" i said no i would like a refund, he responded "No, we dont do that, next time be careful with what you order next time", then hung up on me an now wont answer my call. Completely disrespectful person an all i wanted was a refund which i know 100% they can do because it taste horrible and smells off."
