"My mum and I walked in here looking to buy some new jewellery, straight away the ladies were rude and turned their noses up at us when we walked in, not even offering service to us just continued on having a conversation and giving us rude looks walked out after that and never going back. I’d shop somewhere else."

"Terrible customer service at the tuggerah store. Enquired about a diamond band they had on sale lady said she would have to check cost on having it made into rose gold as they only stocked it in yellow and white no problem I've done this many times through Angus and coote (not at the tuggerah store) hadn't heard for a week so I called to check said still waiting on reply I said the sale was ending soon she said all good it's written down will still honour sale price. Another week later got a call today from a different lady saying they had the quote back it would cost $979 I said oh the ring was $629 on sale does it cost $350 for the metal change as I said done it lots of times never cost that before. She said no it's $80 but the ring is $899 the sale finished. I then explained I had called and checked on that as it was on sale when I enquired. She said no it's not on sale sorry about that and hung up on me. I've since called lake haven where I normally always go and they said it was wrong and they are now looking after me the have always had fabulous customer service lyndal the manager is so good I only was going to tuggerah as it's closer to where I work now but I'll make the trip to lake haven for a lot better service and to be treated nicely"

"First of all, I believe friendly customer service goes a long way. A small gesture can sometimes make someone's day, but not here. While waiting for my partner, I spotted a nice ring at the window, was priced at $7000 from memory. When my partner arrived, the shop was closed and they were putting them away. I wanted to show my partner the ring which could potentially be my dream engagement ring. My partner was trying to get the staff's attention to turn the jewellery stand around so he could see what it looked like. The woman straightly refused, couldn't careless. Sorry Angus & Coote, you just lost a potential $7000 business, there are other jewellery shops in the centre. Life is hard enough for everyone at the moment, work on your customer service skills please."
