"Really poor lazy customer service. I drove in to get hubby's beer and three staff members are having a good old chin wag next to the driveway. I checked the fridge and it didn't have hubby's beer, so I hovered by the checkout, still no service. I had to walk over and break up the chit chat session to which I was told the beer I wanted was on the pallet (which they had been standing next to) ... I'm from a customer service background and this is just hopeless. Told hubby buy the beer somewhere else."
