"How is this business allowed to operate. Useless company. No way to contact them, the chat bot is useless. Website doesn't work properly, can't even schedule a re-delivery for a day I know I will be home, tells me to contact customer service but no number or person to contact. What a waste of everyone's time attempting to deliver multiple times on days I am not home. Now my parcel has been taken all the way back to Sydney with no indication on when it will be delivered. How hard is it to let me schedule in a delivery day! Stop making it so hard for yourselves as well, get more efficient. Have emailed multiple times with no outcome."

"I would give 0/5 if that was an option two nights in a row now couriers please has delivered items and just thrown them over my fence. To lazy and o open the gate and put them at the front door. You need to sack this worker. Also who do I sent the bill to for the danger garden they have text 3 plants now and on top of that tonight’s pack was worth over $3,000 dollars. Your company needs to look at all these reviews and do something, you need new staff new mangers this is the worst delivery company I have seen yet and iv seen some bad ones."

"8 June '23 - yet ANOTHER FAIL, yet to have a success! My mistake, forgot to request the seller NOT use this miserable courier company. So another one star rating from me - wish there was a zero star rating! This latest parcel was loaded onto the local driver's run early Fri morning. A delivery tracking update to me confirmed delivery would be the same day. I went to the (Tuggerah) depot today (Thur) & collected it from Tristan (the only person I've dealt with who goes above & beyond to help). Based upon prior experience (a month for a parcel from Brisbane, delieries dropped off 10 & 15 km away and, in one case 100m from the store we purchased from), I knew this parcel was not ever going to be delivered. It was lost in a return cage. There's no point contacting their customer service as it's a auto bot replying & when you do finally speak to a person, NOTHING GETS RESOLVED. Note to management - SOLVE WHY A LOCAL DRIVER IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE A PARCEL ON THEIR TRUCK UNTIL CHALLENGED VIA A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT AND THEN CAN SIMPLY RETURN IT TO THE DEPOT REPEATEDLY. To whoever would normally respond to these with a lame excuse - get a manager to call me. Tristan has my number .... and also that of a neighbour with the identical frustration (in their case, 3 different failed deliveries in just 10 days). I'll bet if I asked others, I'd hear the same issue from them. Like I said, it's really my fault for not specifically asking this seller to NOT use this mob as I normally do that now. "OMG... Don't do it. Always reed reviews first. I made the mistake. These people are rubbish and haven't refunded and told little lies and fibbies about getting a refund within 2-5 days. To add to that, every person says a different this! Seems like there's no connected system at their end! CRAZY! One person said pickup was attempted, at ..... and they showed and completely different address. No notification at all if pickup was in fact attempted. etc"

"There is no way to contact this company. Phone diverts to chat and chat is never connected to an agent. It’s a vicious loop. My consignment has apparently failed to be delivered 4 times due to a ‘slippery road’. I don’t know which road or have no update as to how they’ll overcome this matter. Nobody will communicate with me. I’ve lost 2 days of work waiting for something that may arrive at an unknown time."
