"I went to Parenting Workshop about couple of weeks ago. It has been an absolutely amazing and enlightening one. Adam was great. He gave us the chance to ask questions and made sure that we understood. This workshop has helped me to actually connect not only with my kids but also with others. "Yesterday was my first appointment with Adam. I was nervous about seeing someone new for help for my grandson and myself. I have been carrying for the past 3 years a huge amount of guilt over something I did not have control over. I have tried other theropists. I really cannot believe how good Adam is. I felt heavy and guarded at the beginning. After speaking to Adam for about 10 minutes and him genuinely listenening to me. He had me relaxed and honestly a huge amount of guilt and heaviness I had been carrying around with me got so small. When i left his office I instantly felt lighter and not so foggy. I havent felt so good and light in a long time. If he can do that to me within 10 to 15 minutes of me walking in to my session, I cant wait to see what he can do to my grandson who has ptsd and behavioral issues. I am truely amazed.
