"They are helpful at all they completely are stalling repairs They ignore all customer service issues They keep the vehicle for over a 5 weeks and said pay for an inspection fee of $350 before even telling my mother what the issue is I told them the key was either flat or to be re programmed and for 5 weeks they didn’t even look at the vehicle and the same vehicle was sold to my mother by them so how is that after sales service and customer care when a booked in service and repair takes 5 weeks and all they can say week after week is we will get to it when it suits us I will never go to golden Newcastle not for any reason finally We got her car back and they charged her 380 to replace the battery in her key So how is that after care sales and service That’s just robbery of an old women"

"Took my car here to have an oil pressure sensor replaced. It’s a pretty straight forward job and would only take 30 minutes to a hour to complete. Charged $400 just for labour which is outrageous. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you don’t want to get ripped off."
