"Be very careful if you are having COVID vaccinations here. I specifically asked for the Moderna booster - before making my booking, on arrival and even just before I was injected. When I checked my vaccination status online, I had been given Pfizer. When I phoned the pharmacy to check this, the woman who vaccinated me said she must have misunderstood. Sorry. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she said she was the pharmacist! That's concerning. Too late for me now, but a warning for others - confirm very clearly what you are actually getting. They had Moderna, she just got the Pfizer out of the fridge, so went ahead with it despite what I was saying. She was also pretty slack in filling in tje preliminary information- checking ''no'' to a number of questions without even asking me."

"Would be nice to know whether my script is in stock before being made to wait..More than one occasion I've waited lengthy times before being told my script is oos. Other pharmacies can immediately inform of it's availability. Most staff are friendly here, the exception being the female staff member for cosmetics."

"Have always received great service until today (Sunday 17.01.2021). An elderly male pharmacist was working and when I asked for a specific product he abruptly replied 'Nup don't have it'. I asked if he knew if the nearby Guardian pharmacy was open on a Sunday and received another curt and disgruntled reply - 'Dunno I don't work for Guardian mate'. The younger, dark haired gentleman that was also working was very helpful and nice though about an alternative pharmacy. It was the saving grace that meant I'll return to this pharmacy but if I see the elderly man working there again, that will be it for me unfortunately. Completely out of order and unnecessary behaviour, particularly from someone old enough to know a lot better."

"Deb...one of the owners is more of a doctor in my eyes. I've been to hospital for 2wks and saw a doctor a WK later but the next day I went to Amcal Chemist and Deb offered me alternate meds to try...inexpensive a d I was getting much better after 48hrs. Great staff friendly and very helpful."
