"I trying to see Dr cosmas but he doesn't take any new Patients as he says on the hot Doc app. He's not the only Doctor that say that. For a Patient it's not nice. Sorry to trubble you."
"I was travelling and needed an injection for a medical condition. The receptionist said straight away no we can't do that. I responded why not and the answer was your not a patient. I said I will become a patient. Then spoke to a doctor that seemed more concerned about having to spend time checking my records and only having 15 min appointments. Overall a very disappointing experience where care for patients appeared to be non existent. I don't really mind that they won't do it but I do take issue with lack of patient care and poor customer service."
"Highly recommend Eastlakes Medical Centre and Dr Ash in particular. Thorough, caring and professional with all facilities (pathology, chemist, etc) in same building. For six months I had been brushed off by my previous doctor from nearby practice as having "just another bug". Dr Ash took necessary tests, diagnosed and started treating my Pneumonia in three days! Big thank you to Dr Nash and your helpful, caring staff."
"Doctor Dawn is an amazing doctor, very thorough and her heart is really in the right place."
"I seen Dr Balalsundarum today. I asked for another copy of a blood test referral as I had lost the other one. He said I must have a problem losing things. I said well it happens. As it was printing I said I also need to see you about. He cut me off at that point and said he can only deal with one issue. He doesn’t like patients who have a list. I thought he was joking and asked him. He said no only one thing. I had taken a day off work for this appointment and waited half an hour past my appointment time to be told I could not have more than one issue dealt with. I said he is a doctor and should be there to care for patients. I have several medical conditions that need to be addressed. He didn’t even have the decency to look and see my medical history. Other doctors I have seen here have been fine but this doctor is certainly not one that you would can not to see. He is negligent in his patient care and should not be practicing here if you want to keep patients. It is a very bad look for the practice management to have him continue to work here."
