"Always a pleasure shopping at Woolworths. They really are the fresh food people, they live up to this mantra. In fact for me, it’s very simple their oppositions colour is red which means stop, whereas their colour is green and it means go! The price of all items in all supermarkets is getting completely out of control, I hope that they know how much the average Australian are struggling. Still my go to place!"

"Just in store and saw a young attendant take a half chicken baked at 9.40 am and change packet to 11.30am. This is dangerous. The chickens in oven we’re not ready so there is no way a cold half chicken was ready at 11.30."

"Asked a staff member to cut a chicken in half for me, and she said that she was busy and to come back in 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes, and then she started carrying on about having to do it. It was like it was a real effort for her. So I grabbed a full chicken and didn't bother her anymore with my requests. Unfortunately, and from what I have seen so far, is that customer service in Newcastle is not very good. Would give Woolworths Newcastle West 0 stars if I could. I am a paying customer, and I expect good customer service at the very least."

"Gee wonder why your customers think that the broccolini is on special for $2.50 a kilo? Instead, when it’s not that price at the checkout, the rude staff member starts mouthing off instead of asking for a supervisor to assist. We’re all tired of stuff not being right mate, but if your ticketed price is not what it scans at, then you’re in the wrong not me. There is an industry code of conduct for scanning that Woolworths should be following."
