Welcome to Wyong Preschool Kindergarten, a non-profit community-based institution located at 9-13 Rose Street in Wyong, Australia. Since our establishment in 1975, we have been dedicated to providing children with a rich and inclusive learning environment.
At Wyong Preschool, we offer quality early childhood education and care to the Wyong community for over 45 years. Our doors are open from Monday to Friday, 8.15 am to 3.45 pm, during school terms for 41 weeks a year. We cater to 60 children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old, providing them with an educational program that fosters growth and development.
Our curriculum is based on The Early Years Framework, which takes a strengths-based perspective and emphasizes learning through play. With our highly qualified educators, we create inclusive learning environments that promote engagement, interactive learning, exploration, and problem-solving.
The principles of our practice and interactions are guided by Early Childhood Australia's Code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child. We believe in respecting and nurturing every child's rights and ensuring their well-being.
One of the unique aspects of our preschool is the beautiful natural environment that surrounds us. Here, children have ample opportunities to immerse themselves in nature, fostering respect and responsibility for the natural world.
Wyong Preschool is managed by a dedicated Management Committee consisting of volunteer parents/carers and community members. Working alongside the Nominated Supervisor and staff, our committee ensures that the preschool complies with all national government regulations pertaining to early education and care services.
As a government-funded institution, we strive to keep our fees to a minimum, making our services affordable to families in our community.

"Wyong Preschool is the most incredible preschool, the educators are amazing, they are so invested in the children. They are kind, caring and help the children grow. "I have now had three of my children whom are now Hailee 16, Daisee 13 & Ryder 3 attend Wyong Preschool, all of them absolutely adore and adored Wyong Preschool. My two eldest children have formed friendships that still exist to this day which is a real attribute to the school, a fun loving environment whilst learning the core values of true friendship. Ryder has just settled in this year in his first year of preschool, to which this has helped him adapt to a fellow peer environment whilst learning to be patient and share.
