To facilitate contact tracing, all visitors, including members, are required to check-in using the Service NSW app or our Online Concierge form. Additionally, we have implemented thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures throughout the venue, and you will find hand sanitizing stations conveniently located for your use.

Central Coast Gymnastics Academy offers a wide range of gymnastic, acrobatic, and tumbling classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Our main goal is to make gymnastics an enjoyable experience for the whole family. While not everyone aspires to compete at an elite level or the Olympics, the mental and physical benefits of gymnastics are truly profound.

A recent study conducted by Gymnastics Victoria has shown that children with disabilities who participate in gymnastics experience an increase in self-esteem. Parents have noticed a boost in their children's confidence, which has led to improved social interactions and development. Our program allows children to progress at their own pace, celebrating even the smallest achievements. For parents, witnessing their children engage in social activities and interact with others has been a rewarding experience.

For over a decade, we have been offering Kindergym music and movement classes at Central Coast Gymnastics Academy. We also have specialized baby classes available for children aged 18 months to preschool age. Our equipment setups are age-appropriate, challenging, and most importantly, safe. These activities are designed to develop gross and fine motor skills while building body strength.

Our Movement and Music sessions are conducted in a group setting and cover a wide range of activities, including musical instruments, puppets, and small hand apparatus such as scarves, hoops, and balls. Our friendly team is always nearby to provide assistance and demonstrate new skills and ideas. Parents love our Kindergym Days because their kids can't wait to be a part of the fun.
