About the Business
Welcome to Toronto Public School, a prestigious primary school located at 31 Renwick Street in Toronto, Australia. As an establishment of great interest, we take pride in providing a comprehensive education to students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
At Toronto Public School, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students. That is why we have partnered with The Department of Education School Swimming and Water Safety Program. This intensive ten-day program aims to develop water confidence and equip students with essential skills in water safety and survival. Each daily lesson lasts for 45 minutes and is open to all students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Thanks to the generous donation from our P&C, transportation to and from the Toronto Indoor Swim Centre is covered. Students only need to pay for pool entry, which amounts to $48.00 for the entire program and includes a color-coded swimming cap. During the program, students are required to wear their normal school uniforms and bring swimmers, a towel, a t-shirt or rash shirt, goggles, and spare underwear. Please ensure that all goggles are fitted correctly before each lesson. Students may either wear their swimmers under their uniform or get changed at school. To avoid any mix-ups, kindly ensure that all clothing is clearly marked with your child's name.
In addition to our academic curriculum, we believe in providing enriching experiences for our students. This year, our Stage 3 students will embark on a two-night excursion to Dubbo and Bathurst. During this trip, they will have the opportunity to visit various attractions such as the Old Dubbo Gaol, Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Wellington caves, Bathurst Goldfields, and Scenic World at the Blue Mountains. This excursion promises to be both educational and exciting for our students.
We also encourage parents and caregivers to actively participate in their children's education. If you are looking for engaging and educational activities to enjoy with your kids, we have plenty of options available. Whether you are an airport enthusiast or simply looking for ways to bond with your children, we have something for everyone.
Education Week is an annual celebration of public education in New South Wales. It is a time to recognize the achievements of our schools, teachers, and students. We take pride in being part of this celebration and invite you to join us in honoring the excellence in education provided by our institution.
We value and respect the Indigenous heritage and cultural beliefs of the Awabakal people, who are the Traditional Custodians and First Peoples of the Land on which our school stands. We also acknowledge the contributions of Aboriginal Australians and non-Aboriginal Australians to the education of all our children. We extend a warm welcome to all visitors who come to our school.

"This school has been amazing with my son ☺️"
"A group of kids think it's ok to ring the door bell and bang on doors around 5pm and run off laughing and I almost cut myself making my dinner and almost breaking my door bell ringing non-stop and they walk past thinking there home free but I ask them why they are ringing door bells I show them a video of them doing it. Is this what they learn at school maybe next time they will not wear school uniform and stay home doing their homework not impress I hate to do this but something must be done"
