Wayne (The Boss ) gave us a very reasonable quote and Mick the installer was outstanding. He did a superb job and was very professional in the way he tackled a big job. This company gives good old fashioned service !!!"

"Awesome service in the showroom! You can tell the team enjoy what they do and are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the shop and the staff were very helpful. As a side note - I have previously been to other “big name brand” stores in the area a few years prior and been met with barely a smile and more like a sigh and gritted teeth when requesting a quote! Wayne was lovely when he came to our house to measure and we received the quote promptly. Everyone on the phone at Oslands has been very patient/helpful when I wanted to clarify information and prompt in revising paperwork. Lastly our installer Ray and his crew did an impeccable job, they worked super hard and fast and best of all I am thrilled with the results. Floors and staircase look fabulous! Explicit instructions were also provided via email from the office literally after the installers walked out the door regarding the care of our flooring which I really appreciated. I know it sounds like I am raving on this review and that is because I am so impressed. Would give 6 stars if possible! Thank you Oslands!"

"There's a great range of carpets and flooring at Osland Toronto, so it's such a shame that we had such a disappointing experience at the store. During a conversation about bamboo flooring, the person serving us (I believe the owner), was derogatory towards Chinese people by making a "slanty eyed gesture". The following day, I wrote what I thought was a genuine and heartfelt email explaining the issue. I followed up with a phone call 2 weeks later, and then forwarded the email to reception. No one ever responded to me. So, I don't recommend you get your flooring from here, because racism ain't OK! Try Deco Rug West Gosford, for floorboards and carpets."

"Wayne and his team were recommended to us by our builder and did an amazing job on the flooring of the renovation. They were lovely to deal with, gave some great advice in regards to floor choice and colours and did an amazing job on the installation of our flooring, especially given the original flooring was quite challenging to work with. The end result was amazing and we couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Wayne for making a huge effort to fit us in before Christmas which meant we were able to move in as soon as possible.
