"I DO NOT recommend this company and highly suggest, if you are using them, to check they are providing the service you are paying them for. They took over our previous cleaning company and seemed quite professional so we stayed with them. Within a few months they had halved the cleaning hours the cleaners were doing but still charged us the full rate. The office cleaning deteriorated over that time and it became quite obvious there was a problem. When we investigated and found out what had happened we questioned them. Both Glen and Belinda came to our office for a meeting and were very apologetic. They promised to rectify it all -Our cleaning would be returned to the agreed hours and a credit note would be issued for the time paid but not worked. I should have got this immediately in writing because Glen backtracked soon after. It took me 6 weeks to get a credit note from him and it was for less than half the owed amount. When he finally responded to my emails about this he said "that the credit was issued in ‘good faith’, is non-negotiable and they were also increasing our weekly cleaning fee". I have since cancelled my cleaning with this company and taken on a more professional and trustworthy cleaner. Glen has kindly put my companies details up on Facebook (after he promptly blocked me for leaving a review there).
