"READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO TO THIS GARAGE. I should have read the 1 star reviews before coming here, theres a reason its the lowest rated garage in Newcastle. Please read the 1 star reviews and make up your own mind, dont make the same mistake as me. Not only the worst garage I have ever been to but the worst Service from a business I have received in my life. I was sworn at by David and shouted at down the phone multiple times. Booked in to get a rego as mine was running out. Was told there was an oil leak the same day and all it needs is a simple cap change and David said "Should be done in 30 minutes so come in and collect it" I went there in 30 minutes and was told by David he never said this and it must have been someone else, simple mistake i thought. He then phoned me 2 hours later saying he needs to change the Timing belt, I asked how much it would, cause i didnt have too much money to spend he said roughly $900 (he charges $140 per hour labour) I said thats fine, crack on with that (this call was at 10am) I then didnt hear anything back all day so I called at 4pm as they close at 5 and asked for an update, he then spoke to me in a terrible tone and told me they are looking at it, i said i need to know whats going on... I could tell he was getting impatient with my simple questions he then proceed to yell down the phone "IM BUSY, CAN YOU HURRY UP" all i did was ask questions about the car. due to his unprofressional manor all day and lack of respect I decided to call it quits and said leave the car... im coming to collect it. he then told me to "F**K off" and put the phone down. I was fuming at this point so I went to the garage paid for the labour costs and left. All in all he charged me $600 and did nothing to my car at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DISGUSTING BUSINESS AND HEAVILY ENTRAPPING PEOPLE. READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS, TELLS YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW."

"I brought a second hand car to this garage to get a pre-purchase vehicle check and I can't recommend them enough. David and Diane (the owners of the garage) are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!"
