Was told watch has a warranty and was informed equinox was one of the best Have taken my watch back twice with mechanism issues Now been told indeed to spend $499 to have the mechanism replaced battery last one year watch 4 years old You would think if you spent over $800 on a watch it would last longer then 4 years.. Went in to look at a new tag Heuer watch ( while wear a tag Heuer watch I should say, so I definitely wasn't a "tire kicker') When I walked in with my partner the two ladies were helping one customer and never greeted us at all even though they looked up and seen us. After a few minutes a lady walked in and she was immediately greeted and asked did she need help. It was clear at that point they didn't want or care about my business so I left and will spend my 5 or so k elsewhere."
"My partner bought a ring that that was faulty and of poor quality. Have made numerous attempts to get a refund from the Store and Head Office. Continually have had to follow them up. After originally been told they would happily refund the purchase price they will now only offer a Store Credit. Would recommended that consumers purchase their jewellery elsewhere."
