At Dust Fairy Domestics, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch services to our clients. We are thrilled to announce that we have expanded our business to include a new venture called 6 STAR Accommodation Services. This division will focus on catering to the accommodation and Airbnb sectors, ensuring that our guests have a truly exceptional experience.
Please note that Dust Fairy will be on holidays from the 20th of December until the 3rd of January 2022. During this time, our domestic services will be temporarily suspended, but our commercial and Airbnb operations will continue as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
We are excited to welcome back almost 100% of our clients, as well as new Airbnb properties. With the Christmas and New Year period approaching, we anticipate a busy season ahead. However, please be aware that our permanent bookings are limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible. It's fantastic to be back in the swing of things, and we are committed to providing you with a safe and well-maintained environment.
Due to the current lockdown and in accordance with the guidelines provided by NSW Health, we can only offer limited domestic housekeeping services. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as we prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Additionally, please be advised that our Airbnb services will not be attended to until after the 26th of July 2021, in compliance with the current COVID-19 restrictions in Sydney, Wollongong, and the central coast. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the advice provided by NSW Health.

"I had two experiences with them, first lady was great, although 15 minutes late, then did not show for the following appointment Second lady, didn't do all the dusting which I informed her was priority due to my allergies. Then I noticed some paint wiped off the walls in bathroom. I sent text message to Vicki manager: "Hi it's Mary (address) I just noticed some paint scrubbed off in the main bathroom, I haven't been in there since Krystal was here, It was not like that before, can you please ask her about it?" and sent photo's Reply from Vicki: "We don't use anything that would remove paint Mary. I've sent Krystal the pics. Ill be InTouch." "It's not a paint issue I would of only wiped over it with a cloth and I don't even think I did to be honest I only did were there was dust on the edging of the tiles. Krystal." "Mary we have never ever had an issue with anyone removing paint off a wall. It's outrageous to be honest. If the wall has previously been grubby (as they do), and been wiped over this might expose imperfections in your paintwork. Even the pics you sent are not what a cleaner would do" "And apparently you should know that being a cleaner. 2 weeks later as well. Sorry all your services have been cancelled."
