"No trolleys and was caring a child and all that was said, nah we have none. No offer to a get the trolley collectors to bring in some, just nah. Was not the only customer waiting. Get to registers, and all they wanted to was talk than get my product out of the sercurity box. I don't want to be standing there having a chat with them,couldn't care if they spoke to me or not, just do your job and serve the customer. Your bloody chat can wait until noone is standing there."
"I always find the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the hardworking staff in the service area. As usual there is a great range of products. I especially like there book section and I always seem to walk out with one. It's a pity about the garden nursery section but that is in all stores. There is wheelchair access throughout and ample parking underneath. There are toilets near the service desk."
