"My daughter attended this centre for 3 1/2 years and unfortunately the last 12 moths prior to us moving to another centre has been a horrendous experience. High staff turnover have had a large impact on our children there. The area manager is very unhelpful especially when there has been so many Centre Directors or lack therof in the last 12 mths. The lack of communication is huge when there are direct impacts that parents need to be aware of. I had such concerns that I made formal complaint to the Dept of Education as I felt as though Goodstart did not want to listen to my concerns."
"Our experiences with the centre have been very positive , the kids love going and have learnt a lot in their time there .All the staff are really good and the kids have always been well cared for , we have always been kept well informed if there has been any problems or bumps and bruises , its good to know that they are in safe hands . The centre is also updating equipment and the kids all look forward to using all the different types of things .Sarah and all her staff truly are educators and are a big plus to all of the children at the centre and our kids have had a great start to their future thanks to them ."

The educators are highly experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of all children and their families. I feel comfortable in leaving my girls, knowing they are getting the best possible care and are having lots of fun!"
