"While the clinicians here are excellent on every occasion I have difficulty with reception. These problems include not informing me a clinician will be visiting my child's school and then threatening to cancel the appointment because I havent paid for it. (it wasnt paid for because i didnt know it was occuring). The latest is another demand for immediate payment for an appointment in advance because it suits them, rather than allowing me to pay on the day of the appointment. AND despite me explicitly checking the cost of the appointment they have decided to increase the cost, without notification. These are not the only difficulties I have had here, only the most recent. I would like to recommend this place as I believe the psychologists do good work but the practice is so poorly managed i cant possibly recommend anyone go to this place."
