"I first engaged in couples counseling with Tracy Lynch at the recommendation of a friend. It was during the breakdown of my relationship. Tracy has an incredible capacity to provide a safe, insightful space for people dealing with pain, loss and trauma. She is remarkable in her ability to hold space in complex situations, her commitment and skills as a therapist are second to none. I've been engaged with my psychiatrist for 11 years, but through my work with Tracy I experienced remarkable healing. I continued individually my therapy with Tracy for a period of 5 years. The therapy that I've had with Tracy was crucial in my journey. I started therapy as a shell of a human, utterly depressed, anxious and through my therapy with Tracy, I was able to integrate parts of myself through resource therapy. I've had significant healing from childhood trauma through EMDR. Tracy provides tools and resources to assist with long-term complex trauma, complex PTSD following abuse, and I've found her therapy to have the most incredible results in my life. These tools will be valuable for life, and I'm able to also educate my children with these skills. The therapy I've received from Tracy has empowered me to understand myself and others, and live a life i couldn't have imagined. She is a brilliant, caring and skillful therapist and I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"Contacted this business for couples therapy she advised me that she was very busy but could do a meet and greet online video chat due to covid restrictions. I was pursuing couples therapy trying to repair a 11 year marriage with 2 children. Therapist had said that if you can get you partner to come to therapy there is a small amount of hope for couples therapy to work through the differences. At the meet and greet the therapist said how busy her schedule was and tried to get us to see one of her other less qualified counselors. I said we would like to wait until she was available in 2 months. At this point she began to talk about relationships and how normally one partner will have 2 feet in the relationship and the other partner might only have a foot in. My wife said she only had a toe in the relationship. The therapist said hmm than said form what I can see here your wife doesn't want a relationship and you need to see a clinical therapist to come to terms with this. She then said she had a therapist available to see me. Since then my wife has moved out of the house and told me we are separated. I don't get to see my kids for 4 day a week and wife holds more resentment towards me for trying to save the marriage or pursue a relationship with her. Her clinical therapist have lead her to pursue a path of what makes her happy is best for everyone. Finished with a couples therapist too busy and too much effort so finishing off the relationship at the meet and greet with no regard 2 children or the husband. I'm in no way blaming this business for what has happened in my relationship. But her blatant negligence in meet and greet. Total destroyed hope and direction of a fragile family. Leaving no hope of anyone. This business has a very good resume on paper but I would not recommend anyone risk there relationship of any type with this unprofessional therapists."
