Prior to establishing Osborn Law in 2011, Tim gained extensive experience as an Associate in charge of the business and corporate team at a large Newcastle law firm. His expertise lies in commercial transaction work, commercial litigation, and providing practical advice to clients.

Tim is dedicated to ensuring that our clients have the necessary tools in place to protect their business interests. He assists in preparing credit application forms, general terms of trade, and director's guarantees, while also offering advice on general commercial debt recovery methods. Christie Howson, another esteemed member of our team, brings a wealth of experience in the dynamic field of employment law. With a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting, Christie has been a qualified solicitor since 2000. Over the course of her 18-year career, she has specialized in employment law, conducting in-house training sessions and workplace investigations. Christie's background in insurance law also proves beneficial when handling complex workers compensation issues.

In addition to employment law, Christie manages major commercial litigation disputes, particularly those in the Supreme Court of NSW. Her expertise and dedication ensure that our clients receive comprehensive legal support in various areas.
